Charity Meetup is a facilitated networking event for anyone working in or supporting the sector. You can foster new connections, discuss and solve problems, explore collaborations, share skills and experiences to give and get support and talk through topical issues.

We meet every second Tuesday each month at Manahatta in the heart of Birmingham from 10am to 12pm.

What happens at a Charity Meetup?

Charity Meetup consists of facilitated networking sessions in groups and pairs, steered by discussion points given by hosts Vicky Kangurs and Hope Adie. Bottomless tea and coffee are included in the ticket price.

Who can go?

Events are open to anyone working in a charity, not-for-profit, CIC, community project, etc. We also welcome freelancers, consultants and agencies that support the sector and are happy to share their insights to benefit charities, but we politely ask them to remember that this is an opportunity to support, not sell.
