Read the article Read the report Birmingham City Council Section 114 - Community Assets Update - Youth Centres Expressions of Interest Birmingham City Council sought Expressions of Interest from community organisations who are seeking to build a partnership with the Birmingham Youth Service focused on one of their Youth Centres. We are seeking interest in partnership arrangements ranging from rental of space for meaningful activity with young people, through to exploring the potential of a Community Asset Transfer of a centre to the right organisation.
