In response to recent measles cases in Birmingham and the decline in MMR immunisation uptake, the BCC Public Health Division is offering grants to VCFSE organisations to deliver MMR engagement sessions and tailored resources within key communities where vaccination uptake remains low.
The project will build on previous community-led MMR engagement work and focus on families with children aged 0–5 years, years, targeting the following communities: Caribbean, African, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani. 
The engagement activity is scheduled to run from January to June, with a total of £10,000 available per community, to be awarded to four organisations (one representing each community, 4 x £10,000).
