How to find Latham House

Latham House is located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, close to the Town Hall and Victoria Square (see image below). BVSC's offices are located on the fifth floor of Latham House. 

Travelling by public transport

We are well served by public transport. New Street Station is approximately a 10 minute walk and Moor Street and Snow Hill Stations are both approximately a 15 minute walk. The Metro tram runs straight past the building and the nearest stop isTown Hall which is just metres away from the office.


Travelling by car

There is currently no parking available on site, so if you're driving, use one of the many nearby city centre car parks which can be located on Google Maps.

Arriving at the office

When arriving at the office, use the right hand door (see image below) and check in with the concierge who will call to the person you are visiting to alert them to your arrival.

Accessibility

The building has step-free access and is accessible for wheelchair users. There is an accessible lift to the fifth floor.

There are no accessible car parking spaces on site but there are several on Swallow Street to the rear of Latham House.

BVSC is currently in the process of renovating Latham house which includes making the building more accessible. Currently the building can be accessed through the front entrance on Paradise Street. The route from the Swallow street accessible car parking spaces is via Hill street. We are aware that Hill Steet is at a significant gradient. If you are concerned that this will present an access issue please contact us on 0121 643 4343 (switch board number) in advance of your visit and we will provide you with assistance in accessing the building.
