Call for participants - Marie Curie research on end of life care experiences of first generation migrants in the UK Marie Curie and University College London are conducting a research project exploring the end of life care experiences of first-generation migrants in the UK. - We are inviting family members or friends who have cared for or supported a person who migrated to the UK and who died in the UK in the last 5 years to take part. - We are also inviting people who are currently caring for someone who is first generation migrant who is living with a chronic or terminal illness. By first generation migrant we mean people whose country of birth is not the UK and not born from British parents. This includes people of any nationality, cultural and ethnic background, and immigration status. To help us with this research people can choose to take part in: - A group workshop using arts-based methods to map and explore the experiences of the person you supported during the end of life period.
