Home Tools & Resources Definitions Stories External Resources About Co-production & Involvement Audit Co-production Network for Wales 2019 Summary The Co-production and Involvement Audit is a simple self-assessment tool which helps organisations assess how effective they are at successfully adopting co-productiveways of working. It provides a high-level snapshot of how you are doing, alongside an understanding of what is working, and what needs to be done to keep improving. The Co-production and Involvement Audit’s uses include supporting report writing and formal evaluations, external audits and internal periodic reviews. It should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and will deliver the best results when it is completed by a group of individuals from across an organisation working together.
