Are you looking to gain experience working in mental health services? We are looking for Crisis Support Volunteers to work alongside our Crisis Intervention Teams at Beechcroft, 501 Slade Road, Erdington, Birmingham B23 7JG Grounded, 11 Bournbrook Rd, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 7BL

We are looking for warm, empathic individual's to be the first point of contact for people accessing the service, to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

You will volunteer alongside a staff team to offer emotional support to users who may arrive on site, upset or in distress.

Previous experience is not necessary as you will receive training and support, and you will be volunteering alongside an experienced staff team.
