Long Covid Support - In-Person Peer Support Group Due to the decommissioning of NHS Long Covid services across Birmingham, the charity is setting up a monthly in-person peer support group (IPPS) to help and support those who are living with Long Covid, age 16+ and carers of a loved one living with Long Covid.Join us for the first session of the In-person peer support group, sharing experiences in a safe place & finding solidarity together. Whether you're a long-hauler or a caregiver, this is a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Let's come together to offer each other empathy, encouragement, and understanding. No need to struggle alone - we're here for you!Sessions began on 20th March and run on the last Friday of the month, 10.45am - 12.15pm. The remaining sessions:26th June31st July28th August25th September30th OctoberThe building has its own air filtration system and we will have masks for those that feel more comfortable wearing them.
