What is the Capturing Change Project?

Capturing Change is about listening to many people to help us understand and improve healthcare experiences. This will include people with learning disability and autistic people. It helps ensure everyone's voices are heard, especially those often left out of conversations.

What does Capturing Change need your help with?

There is a new plan to make improvements to healthcare services and whether you get the right services you need and at the right time.

This plan was created by people with lived experience.

The Capturing Change project needs your help to understand how the plan is working with the support you receive at the doctors, hospitals and other healthcare services.
