Are you interested in sharing your views to help improve a government service? The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) are looking for volunteers to participate in research to share views on the process to make and register a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) to help improve this service for the public. We are looking for people who meet any of the following criteria:- Receive benefits;- Income is between £0 - £12,750 (retired, self-employed, employed, or unemployed)- Receives no income or benefits (for example, stay-at-home spouse)Please feel free to share this advert with friends, family and neighbours.What will happen in the research session?It will involve attending a 1-hour session in person at our office in Birmingham City Centre. Your travel will be reimbursed.During the session you will be asked to complete a ‘mock-up’ paper form and share your thoughts on your experience.
