The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) are looking for volunteers to participate in research to share views on the process to make and register a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) to help improve this service for the public.

We are looking for people who meet any of the following criteria:

- Receive benefits;
- Income is between £0 - £12,750 (retired, self-employed, employed, or unemployed)
- Receives no income or benefits (for example, stay-at-home spouse)

What will happen in the research session?

It will involve attending a 1-hour session in person at our office in Birmingham City Centre. Your travel will be reimbursed.

During the session you will be asked to complete a ‘mock-up’ paper form and share your thoughts on your experience. You do not need any prior experience or knowledge of making a Lasting Power of Attorney to take part.

As a thank you for taking part in the research you will receive a £40 shopping voucher.

Sessions will take place on the following dates:

Tuesday 3rd September
