Position Overview: The Mentor Me Referrals Engagement Volunteer will play a crucial role in the success of our Mentor Me project by managing and engaging with referral sources, potential participants for the project. This volunteer position involves outreach, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient referral process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Outreach and Engagement: Contact referral sources, potential participants to provide information about the Mentor Me project and its benefits.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure referrals are progressing through the application process.
• Screening and Matching: Assist in the registration process of potential participants, helping them to complete their action plans as required.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all referral activities, communications, and outcomes.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to all participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Promotion: Promote the ‘Mentor Me’ project through various channels, including social media, community events, and partnerships with local organisations.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants, and referral sources to help improve the program.

Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
