RMC is a dynamic charity that has developed significantly over the last seven years, growing five-fold and evolving from a local into a regional organisation. Along the way, we have earned recognition through multiple national awards and have become a trusted partner to many community organisations and most of the local authorities across the West Midlands. This growth has been driven by the needs of the communities we serve, a person-centred, holistic approach and a shared commitment to supporting people through complex and difficult journeys.
 
Throughout our 26 years of existence, RMC has fostered a can-do attitude and what has mattered most is that we have remained open and accessible to those in real need, facing severe trauma and systemic exclusion.

RMC's strength lies in our expertise, lived experience and the ability to provide a safe and inclusive space for all those who rely on us.
