Looking for holistic support to help your client find employment?

Business in the Community’s (BITC) Job Coaching programme supports jobseekers with coaching from trained business professionals to help them get ready for work. 51% of jobseekers in the programme have gone on to education, training or employment.

Unemployed job seekers are matched with a job coach of their choice who offers them bespoke, one-to-one support. Job seekers can access up to six, 60–90 minute coaching sessions with their coach.

Job Coaches are trained volunteers from Business in the Community’s business membership who have chosen to support a client on their journey to employability.

With over 200 member businesses in our network, the coaches represent a wide range of different expertise, industries and levels of seniority. They provide valuable additional support to help jobseekers build their skills, enhance their wellbeing and improve their chances of progressing into employment.

How the programme will support your clients:

  • Improving CV and interview skills
  • Developing digital skills e.g. LinkedIn
  • Labour market information
  • Discovering career pathways
  • Building confidence and resilience on their job hunt
  • Offering access to business networks
